Privacy Policy
This policy governs the purchase of defined professional service packages, digital resources, subscription/retainer fees, and initial project phase deposits (collectively, "Digital Services") made through the Endpoint Business Consulting website or authorized payment portals.
1. Payment Methods and Terms
A. Accepted Payment: Endpoint Business Consulting accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), electronic funds transfers (EFT), and payments processed via approved third-party secure payment platforms. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
B. Fixed-Fee Digital Services (e.g., Gap Assessments, Training):
Full payment is required at the time of purchase or deposit unless otherwise specified in a formal Statement of Work (SOW).For services requiring a deposit, the remaining balance will be invoiced upon project commencement or as milestone payments defined in the SOW.
C. Subscription/Retainer Services (e.g., Compliance Monitoring):
Services are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis, as selected by the client.
The client authorizes Endpoint to automatically charge the designated payment method on the recurring billing date. Failure to remit payment within ten (10) days of the due date may result in the suspension of access to services, dashboards, and compliance support.
2. Order Acceptance and Service Commencement
A. Order Confirmation: All Digital Services purchases result in immediate electronic confirmation detailing the services purchased, the fee paid, and a unique transaction ID. This confirmation serves as preliminary acceptance of your order.
B. Service Commencement:
Consulting Projects (e.g., Gap Assessment): Service commencement is subject to a formal intake process, which includes the signing of a Statement of Work (SOW) or a formal service agreement and scheduling the kickoff meeting. Endpoint reserves the right to decline or cancel a purchase if the client fails to meet necessary pre-engagement requirements.
Digital Resources/Subscriptions: Access is typically granted immediately or within one (1) business day upon successful processing of payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Given the nature of specialized professional consulting and intellectual property (documentation, policies, etc.), the refund policy is structured as follows:
A. Consulting Projects (Fixed-Fee):
Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the client requests cancellation in writing prior to the formal project kickoff meeting and the signing of the SOW, and before any documented work (e.g., initial research, CUI scoping documentation) has begun.
Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after the project kickoff or work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for professional services rendered and documented resources provided up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining funds paid will be refunded.
B. Subscription and Retainer Services:
Monthly Subscriptions: The client may cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of that period.
Annual Subscriptions: A refund may be issued for the unused months of the term, subject to an administrative fee equal to one month of the subscription cost. No refunds are issued after the first three (3) months of the annual term.
C. Digital Resources (Non-Consulting): Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of downloadable products (e.g., checklists, policy templates), all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
4. Data Security and Privacy
As a cybersecurity firm, Endpoint maintains the highest standards of data protection for all financial transactions.
Payment Security: All credit card and payment processing data are handled by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers. Endpoint Business Consulting does not store sensitive payment information (full credit card numbers) on its own servers.
Data Integrity: Transaction data, including client names and contact details, are protected using industry-standard encryption and security protocols, consistent with the firm's overall commitment to DoD-grade security rigor.
